Our Story

KIANICOLE & KEITH FOOD WHOLESALING, also known as Kian-Keith Foodies, is a family-owned business rooted in a long tradition of Filipino cooking that dates back to 1917.

A Legacy That Began in 1917

The business was originally founded by the late Apung Maring as a small carinderia in their family home. It quickly became well-loved in the community for its authentic Filipino dishes served both in bilao and for everyday meals.

Popular dishes included okoy, sampelot, lugaw, palabok, pancit, sopas, and other local delicacies that captured the true taste of home.

Growing Through Generations

After her passing in 2009, the business was continued by Apung Corazon “Apung Zonday” Zapata. She expanded the menu to include more classic Filipino dishes such as asado, menudo, caldereta, lengua, and roast beef.

Her dedication to quality and flavor earned the business a strong reputation and a loyal following within the community.

Continuing the Tradition

In 2020, the responsibility of the business was passed on to Marites Mandocdoc (“Thet”), who continues to uphold the family legacy.

Under her leadership, the business expanded its reach beyond Pampanga, gaining recognition for its consistent quality and flavorful dishes. It was also during this time that the name Kian-Keith Foodies was officially introduced—named after her children, Kian Nicole and Keith Nicolo.

Our Commitment Today

Today, Kian-Keith Foodies continues to serve authentic Filipino meals such as Adobo, Sinigang, Lechon Kawali, Pancit, and many more—prepared with the same passion and tradition passed down through generations.

We are committed to delivering high-quality food, preserving Filipino culinary heritage, and creating a warm, satisfying experience for every customer.
